Aged tea is an agricultural product and some countries restrict it; please check before ordering. Whole baskets and cases are arranged on inquiry, not through checkout.

To reduce waste and protect the environment, shipping boxes, padding and wrapping are clean reused materials wherever possible. They may show some wear and vary in size, but they are always clean, dry and fit for tea. Everything that touches the tea, including the inner bag, cotton paper and caddy, and the gift box are always new. Thank you for helping us waste less.

Within [days] days of delivery, if goods are damaged or differ from your order, send us photos and we will replace or refund. Tea is food: opened packs cannot be returned. Unopened tea in undamaged packaging may be returned within [days] days; return shipping is paid by [buyer / seller]. Refunds go to the original payment method within [days] working days.

Whole baskets (about 30 kg), cases and lots are sold on inquiry, and samples are available on request; quotes valid for [period]. We collect only what an order and a reply need: name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payments are handled by [payment provider]; we do not store card details. Photos show the actual goods; appearance, weight and basket condition of aged tea vary, and the shipped item prevails. Vintage and provenance follow our sorting records. Prices are in NT$, tax included. We may correct pricing errors and cancel irregular orders. Governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); disputes go first to [court].
