Drinking tea is a pleasure. It can take a lifetime to brew.
From forty years of Fenghuang Xuan.
Phoínix grows out of Fenghuang Xuan, a traditional pu-erh tea house in Kaohsiung with forty years of history. If Fenghuang Xuan is a school of science, laying out its research on post-fermented tea, then Phoínix is the room you retire to after class.

Phoínix devotes itself to one tea.
Young, it is fragrant like green tea. In middle age it mellows like a roasted oolong. In old age it turns herbal, hazy and calming. Its name is post-fermented tea, also called dark tea. It keeps changing through one life, passing alone through the fermentation of all six tea families, like the phoenix reborn.

The same tea, the same storage.
Aged Taste International Inc. was founded in Kaohsiung in 1983 and has supplied aged Liu Bao, pu-erh and Kang brick at home and abroad for forty years, with the tea kept in natural dry storage in Hong Kong. It is now renamed Phoínix. The tea, the storage and the team are unchanged. Only the way we speak has changed.

Set aside the science of storage, the study of ageing and raw material. Breathe out, and taste a cup you cannot name but find delicious. Seven cups to nourish the soul, three lifetimes for Phoínix.
